Join the momentum. We are seeking a Regional Office Manager for our growing Administrative team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Strategically supporting the firm, our Administration team anticipates the needs of our team members and Partners. We effectively communicate information for service lines, industry and specialty groups, and operations at all levels throughout the firm. Our administrators support initiatives and ensure efficiency, allowing MNP to better serve our clients and people.



Performance Expectations

  • Liaise with the Regional Managing Partner (RMP) to establish administrative procedures
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure firm systems and procedures are employed and make suggestions for improvements, as necessary
  • Interview, train and supervise Administrative team members
  • Perform annual and mid-year performance evaluations for Administrative team members
  • Manage reception coverage schedule
  • Assist the Administration team by ensuring resources and adequate supplies are available and in good working order
  • Possess working knowledge of all systems used by the Administration team to assist with any enquiries and provide backup, as needed
  • Ensure word templates, standards and office lists are maintained
  • Ensure pickup and delivery of mail is coordinated
  • Provide analysis and reporting to the Regional Managing Partner
  • Manage facilities including organising physical office space
  • Maintain office safety and security (member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee)
  • Manage Billing, Collections and A/R administration for the Vancouver region along with close communication with the Finance department in Calgary
  • Assist partners in managing their work in process and ensuring billing to clients is completed within required time frame
  • Facilitate training sessions on office processes and systems
  • Monitor financial and performance indicators, analyze financial data, prepare budget variances and reporting analysis to the Regional Managing Partners
  • Provide support to our regional resources with a variety of projects and programs as required


  • Completion of a post-secondary Secretarial Diploma Program or a Business Administration Program
  • Minimum three (3) years office experience working in a Professional Services environment, particularly a public practice, considered an asset
  • Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel is required
  • Caseware knowledge considered a strong asset
