Join the momentum. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing Human Capital team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Performance Expectations

  • In collaboration with HR Leadership, Business Leaders and the Talent Acquisition team, provide guidance into best in class methodologies for talent acquisition
  • Work closely with area leadership team to understand key business issues and develop appropriate staffing plans for assigned geographical region, adapt and update as required 
  • Implement initiatives and projects within the geographic area to ensure an ongoing pipeline of skilled talent is maintained
  • Manage the entire life-cycle of the recruiting process
  • Create and post job descriptions and update as needed in our applicant tracking system
  • Proactively source leads and screen candidates to develop talent pipelines, while driving the process from initiation through offer management
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, networks and hiring managers
  • Manage the overall candidate experience to ensure it is professional, positive and reflective of MNP values
  • Work with Firm/local Human Capital (HC) to identify and engage additional recruiting resources when necessary
  • Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, agencies and other third parties to enhance our brand
  • Proactively guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques
  • Act as a liaison and project manager with approved third-party agencies and vendors who provide additional recruiting-related services to the organization
  • Coach team members on recruitment best practices and strategies
  • With current recruitment technology work to elevate the organization’s success and speed related to recruitment activities
  • Report internal metrics, benchmark practices with industry standards and make recommendations based on market trends

Credentials

  • Possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, human resources or related field preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years demonstrated recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency
  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment considered an asset
  • Familiarity with technology and social media solutions to generate techniques
  • Successful recruit of senior level professionals in professional services
  • Bilingualism considered an asset
