Join the momentum. We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our growing Consulting Services - Organization & People team. Driving business excellence, MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Our Consulting team works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to provide innovative strategies tailored to maximize efficiencies, enhance performance and increase profitability. Specifically, our Organization and People Consultants work with companies to maximize their workforce by ensuring effective policies and programs are in place to attract and retain the most qualified individuals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Performance Expectations

  • Assist in the delivery of consulting services such as organizational transformation and change management, organization reviews and redesign and talent management projects including compensation, succession planning and talent management
  • Assist and help support the implementation, administration and completion of client engagements
  • Perform needs assessments involving the collection, analysis and interpretation of organizational data for the purpose of project planning and developing recommendations, transformation roadmaps and change management strategies and tactical plans
  • Provide leadership in the collection, development, research and analysis of data including website research, review of reports, interviews, focus groups and surveys
  • Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans
  • Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high quality professional reports, proposals and correspondence
  • Execute the delivery of high level client service to ensure client needs and requests on matters related to projects and proposals are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Deliver formal presentations and reports for client engagements
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients at the peer and management level
  • Promote MNP Organization and People Services within the consulting group through the delivery of presentations and speeches, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
  • Provide leadership, coaching, training and mentoring of junior team members
  • Develop internal and external relationships by promoting MNP’s brand and services and by networking through activities in the community

Credentials

  • Completion of a Management Business Degree
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience, ideally in an external or internal consulting role and/or a client-service environment
  • Prosci Change Management and/ or Certified Management Consultant Certification are assets
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Some travel may be required
