    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Dynamics CRM/365 Analyst for our growing Technology Consulting team. Driving business excellence, MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Our Consulting team works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to provide innovative strategies tailored to maximize efficiencies, enhance performance and increase profitability.     RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Performance Expectations

    • Engage directly with external clients to assist in providing transformative solutions that have tangible benefits
    • Develop a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM/365 functional and technical capabilities, SharePoint, Reporting Services (SSRS), PowerBI and more
    • Commit to a rapid learning curve and exam schedule on the Dynamics 365 product stack, with extensive Microsoft learning material and a firm commitment
    • Implement and demonstrate exceptional technical solutions
    • Communicate with clients and project teams to identify and explore needs through interviews, presentations and workshops
    • Work closely and collaboratively with clients to explain designs and demonstrate solutions
    • Understand, diagnose and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges
    • Implement technical solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization
    • Help select and execute approaches to delivery including waterfall and agile
    • Support project planning, management and status reporting
    • Take responsibility for the success of the overall solution
    • Collaborate with firm leaders and other team members to perform peer review and share knowledge
    • Understand, evolve and augment team best practices
    • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
    • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
    • Raise awareness of MNP at community events

    Credentials

    • Combination of academic achievement, experience, attitude and potential
    • Experience and a demonstrated understanding of some aspect of software development from requirements through to technical implementation and testing
    • Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment and support
    • Experience with Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 would be an asset
    • Development experience on the Microsoft stack (e.g. .NET, SQL Server) would be an asset
    • Knowledge of cloud solutions and concepts would be a definite asset
    • Experience with other CRM and ERP packages would be beneficial
    • Previous experience working with Government of Canada departments and understanding of the sector
    • Valid Government of Canada security clearance
    • Willingness to travel to client project sites as necessary
