    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Manager for our growing Organization & People Consulting team. Driving business excellence, MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Our Consulting team works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to provide innovative strategies tailored to maximize efficiencies, enhance performance and increase profitability. Specifically, our Organization and People Consultants work with companies to maximize their workforce by ensuring effective policies and programs are in place to attract and retain the most qualified individuals.



    Performance Expectations

    • Conduct research to identify potential candidates for a variety of executive, management and professional positions
    • Contact referral sources and potential candidates through traditional and digital methods to make them aware of opportunities and engage their interest in exploring an opportunity further
    • Accurately document all contacts and interactions with referrals and candidates to ensure appropriate follow-up and records
    • Provide information and/or answer questions about the opportunity or refer to the appropriate partner or senior manager
    • Assist and help support the implementation, administration and completion of client engagements
    • Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans
    • Develop relationships with clients and ensure the delivery of high level client service
    • Liaise and correspond professionally with clients, colleagues and the firm leadership team
    • Execute the delivery of high level client service ensuring that client needs and requests are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner
    • Monitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicable
    • Promote MNP executive search and recruitment services within the consulting group through the involvement in presentations, meetings and community events
    • Develop internal and external relationships by promoting MNP’s brand and services and by networking through activities in the community
    • Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness
    • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
    • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes


    • Completion of a post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
    • Minimum four (4) years of talent management or recruitment experience, ideally in an external or internal consulting role and/or a client service environment
    • Strong computer literacy including advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the use of social media platforms
    • Some travel may be required
