    Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Coordinator to join our growing National Marketing team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Positioning the firm for success, our Marketing team supports the growth, business-generating efforts and goals of MNP. We develop and deliver creative and strategic programs that translate the firm’s objectives into market-appropriate media, messages and methodologies. We build and protect our brand in new and existing markets, as well as create and sustain market advantage in all service line, industry and specialty groups.



    The Regional Marketing Coordinator is an intermediate level role that will be responsible for assisting the Regional Marketing Manager grow the Firm’s business and assess the performance of marketing initiatives for further development of the practice. This is not a sales role.


    The role of the Marketing Coordinator is multi faceted and will consist of the following:  

    • Assists in the preparation and execution of the client group plans;
    • Assist with implementation and project management of the various Corporate and Client Group Marketing Plan tactics (trade shows, local promotions, community programs, advertising, online & offline communications, business development presentations, signage, brochures etc.);
    • Coordination of direct marketing campaigns:
      • List management for both print and phone campaigns (research, ordering of lists, maintenance and scrubbing);
      • Assist with creation/ writing of direct mail pieces;
    • Assist with selected Request for Proposal (RFP) processes:
      • Work with existing templates (and modify for improvement) to write/ format/complete marketing content for the RFP);
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and send industry specific newsletters to the firm clients and business partners (i.e. manufacturing, professional services, real estate, etc. …);
    • Identifies opportunities in the local marketplace or client group space for speaking engagements/ presentations/ interviews;
    • Works with sponsoring organizations to get the Firm’s speakers on event agendas;
    • Assists with coordinating client/ prospect events in conjunction with other internal resources.  

    The Candidate 

    • Successful completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, English, Journalism or related discipline.
    • Must have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in any marketing, account management or project management capacity.
    • Strong communication skills are essential including outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills in a deadline-driven environment.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors as required.
    • Ability to organize tasks and set priorities, while still maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • PMP designation an asset.
    • Proven web based research skills.
    • Understanding of the marketing process.
    • Experience in project management and budgeting processes.
    • Project coordination experience is considered an asset.
    • Experience in a corporate writing environment is an asset.
    • Proficiency in MSOffice applications (Word, Excel), working knowledge of desktop publishing software (Adobe InDesign).
