    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Recruitment Analyst based in Nanaimo or Victoria for our growing Consulting Services - Executive Search, Organization & People team. Driving business excellence, MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Our Consulting team works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to provide innovative strategies tailored to maximize efficiencies, enhance performance and increase profitability. Specifically, our Organization and People Consultants work with companies to maximize their workforce by ensuring effective policies and programs are in place to attract and retain the most qualified individuals.



    Performance Expectations

    • Work collaboratively with the consultants to conduct candidate sourcing, pre-screening and interviews
    • Day to day management of assigned tasks including developing an excellent understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
    • Utilize acquisition and social media platforms in order to build a talent pool and service line recognition
    • Provide effective researching strategies and naturally engage in conversations over the phone, in person and through email
    • Participate in the proposal process and help support the implementation, administration and completion of client engagements
    • To take detailed job requirements from clients, identifying and understanding their requirements to provide swift and appropriate solutions
    • Perform needs assessments and participate in the collection, development, research and analysis of data (through website research, report review, interviews, focus groups and surveys)
    • Prioritize and plan workflow independently and proactively while observing the sense of urgency
    • Liaise and correspond professionally with clients, colleagues and the firm leadership team
    • Execute the delivery of high level client service ensuring that client needs, and requests are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner
    • Monitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise consultants of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicable
    • Compile relevant performance reporting and updates and participate in regular meetings.
    • Promote MNP advisory services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
    • Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement


    • Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant discipline
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft products
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
    • Ability to manage and assist with multiple projects
    • Minimal travel required
