    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Salesforce Manager for our growing Consulting Services team. Driving business excellence, MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Our Consulting team works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to provide innovative strategies tailored to maximize efficiencies, enhance performance and increase profitability.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Performance Expectations

    • Expert in Salesforce application functionality, technology, implementation, project management, and software development methodology
    • Lead Salesforce implementations from proposal to delivery
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds functional requirements
    • Lead the implementation team through the full project life-cycle and responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the project
    • Demonstrate understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs.
    • Develop and sustain client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities
    • Think strategically about client needs by understanding their business and key risks
    • Prepare and present comprehensive written and verbal materials; develop client proposals, leveraging extensive business development and relationship management know-how
    • Execute financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews, program redesigns and other forms of management consulting
    • Perform needs assessments and lead the collection, development, research and analysis of data (through website research, report review, interviews, focus groups and surveys)
    • Facilitate collaboration with client engagement team prior to commencement of client work to discuss roles and responsibilities, risk areas, materiality and deadlines
    • Maintain high quality control by reviewing work done from other team members for accuracy and completeness; provide feedback to team members
    • Monitor project time-lines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicable
    • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry through experiential learning with clients
    • Promote MNP advisory services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
    • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems
    • Demonstrate knowledge and success as a team leader, including: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
    • Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement

    Credentials

    • Strong experience with CRM solutions, specifically Salesforce.com with functional certifications.
    • 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in a consulting role
    • 3 or more years of Salesforce experience
    • Ability to translate business objectives and strategy to technical requirements
    • Experience in business and practice development
    • Some travel may be required
