Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Coordinator to join our growing Regional Marketing team in our Montreal Office. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Positioning the firm for success, our Marketing team supports the growth, business-generating efforts and goals of MNP. We develop and deliver creative and strategic programs that translate the firm’s objectives into market-appropriate media, messages and methodologies. We build and protect our brand in new and existing markets, as well as create and sustain market advantage in all service line, industry and specialty groups.
Assist with development and execution of MNP services and niches strategic marketing plans, collateral and social media posts and campaigns
Take part in the project management and realization of marketing plans (exhibitions, promotion on a local basis, community programs, marketing campaigns, online and offline communications, business development presentations, postings, pamphlets, etc.)
Coordinate the direct marketing campaigns: manage the contact lists (track and update) and mailing lists
Take part in certain tasks related to offer of services (use and improve, when need be, the templates for wording, format and addition of marketing content)
Provide marketing administrative support to marketing managers and marketing team in the development and mailing of news letters to firm’s clients and business partners (in the manufacturing, professional services and real estate sectors)
Look for opportunities for firm’s members to act as guest speakers or presenters or to give interviewers on local market or on sectors that we are serving
Work with organizations that we sponsor so that they provide a voice to our members at their events
Participate in the coordination of events for our clients or potential clients, in collaboration with internal resources
Assist in the coordination of social medias content and blogs for the Consumer Insolvency Services (B2C), which are published on the MNP Web as well as on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Coordinate the lead generation campaigns on Facebook
Engage in and build relationships amongst the MNP local team members
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of marketing experience or in account or project management
Proven skills in Web research
Social Media marketing experience is an asset (particularly Facebook)
Proven skills in both official languages written and verbal communication (French and English)
Solid communication skills, with exceptional writing, revision and correction aptitudes
Excellent time management and organizational skills, while ensuring great precision and rigor in contents and meeting tight deadlines
Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with people at all level internally and with external clients and suppliers
