    Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our growing Human Capital team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada.     RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Performance Expectations

    • Manage the entire life-cycle of the recruiting process for various positions within accounting, consulting and financial advisory, including experienced hire and campus recruitment
    • Conduct full-cycle recruitment such as creating job postings, identifying qualified applicants, screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending new hire offers and managing the onboarding process
    • Manage the coordination of background and reference checks
    • Maintain effective communication with job applicants and effectively represent the Firm
    • Assist Regional Human Capital Team in creating and managing the regional campus recruitment strategy
    • In collaboration with the Regional Human Capital Team and hiring leaders, provide guidance into best-in-class methodologies for recruitment
    • Work closely with regional leadership team to understand key business issues and develop appropriate staffing plans, adapt and update as required 
    • Implement initiatives and projects to ensure an ongoing pipeline of skilled talent is maintained
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, networks and hiring managers
    • Manage the overall candidate experience to ensure it is professional, positive and reflective of MNP
    • Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, agencies and other third parties to enhance our brand
    • Proactively guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques
    • Coach team members on recruitment best practices and strategies
    • Report internal metrics, benchmark practices with industry standards and make recommendations based on market trends
    • Work on projects, as required

    Credentials

    • Minimum two (2) years of recruitment experience working as a specialist
    • Proven success in carrying out effective recruiting processes for various service areas
    • Skilled in exercising an appropriate sense of urgency to meet hiring managers’ expectations and requirements
    • Demonstrated capability of building effective working relationships within various levels of an organization
    • Familiarity with using technology and social media solutions in recruitment
    • Previous experience recruiting
