Join the momentum. We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our growing Corporate Insolvency team. Committed to helping all stakeholders through financial challenges, MNP Limited is one of the largest insolvency practices in Canada. For more than 50 years, our experienced team of Government-Licensed Insolvency Trustees and advisors have been working collaboratively with lenders and debtors at all levels to help protect their interests.
Prepare schedules, reports and other key documents such as cash flows and financial models required in viability studies and business assessments.
Assist troubled companies; advise lenders, creditors or shareholders through financial reviews, business turnarounds, financial restructuring (formal or informal), bankruptcies and liquidations
Interface with key external stakeholders in the implementation of the engagement
Prepare reports and various communications to effectively communicate with the various stakeholders Ensure a high standard of performance and a strong customer service orientation by providing regular feedback to direct reports and developing procedures and standards
CPA or equivalent designation in a relevant field
Bilingual (English and French reading and writing)
Five (5) to six (6) years of experience in professional services industry; experience in corporate insolvency and corporate restructuring is considered an asset
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to work outside of regular business hours
