    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Regional Office Manager for our growing Administrative team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Strategically supporting the firm, our Administration team anticipates the needs of our team members and Partners. We effectively communicate information for service lines, industry and specialty groups, and operations at all levels throughout the firm. Our administrators support initiatives and ensure efficiency, allowing MNP to better serve our clients and people.



    Performance Expectations

    • Assist the Regional Managing Partner (RMP) with annual budgeting and planning for the firm
    • Manage accounting systems, production processes and the completion of monthly reports
    • Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of firm's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals; oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting
    • Develop, maintain and monitor accounting systems and procedures; capture all billings and receipts for the recording of revenue transactions
    • Recommend and implement improvements to processes as well as time and accounting systems
    • Ensure that all Employee timesheets are completed prior to month-end
    • Oversee the tracking T1’s, T2’s, T3’s, T4’s, T5’s, AIDA and NISA
    • Ensure various reports including Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices, expense reports and payroll reports are completed
    • G/L and variance report analysis
    • Assist RMP with setting up and taking part in regular partner meetings
    • Assist with annual town hall meetings and retreats planning
    • Supervise and assess workload of administrative Employees ensuring that all regional administrative procedures are carried out in an efficient and effective manner
    • Oversee and supervise mailroom employees and process
    • Train Employees on MNP systems and methodologies
    • Ensure that resources and supplies are available and in good working order
    • Responsible for building maintenance and cleanliness
    • Maintain office safety and security
    • Ensure that word templates, standards and office lists are maintained
    • Provide administrative Employees with backup when workload builds up
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure firm systems and procedures are applied and make suggestions for improvements
    • Review vacation and overtime stats; meet with managers to off-set overtime hours and/or make necessary adjustments
    • Develop, coach, and train team members towards professional and personal development
    • Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews
    • Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness


    • A bachelor's degree in business administration
    • Other business related courses will be considered an asset
    • A minimum of five (5) years experience in a management and supervision position
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel is required
    • Caseware knowledge is considered a strong asset
    • Experience in a professional practice environment
    • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
    • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing Employees groups and major projects
    • Budget development and oversight experience
    • High comfort level working in a diverse environment
    • Bilingual in French and English
