    Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator for our growing Consulting team. Driving business excellence, MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Our Consulting team works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to provide innovative strategies tailored to maximize efficiencies, enhance performance and increase profitability.



    Performance Expectations

    • Contribute to the proposal process from production to delivery; ensure content adheres to firm strategic objectives and MNP brand standards

    • Champion best practices and guidelines to ensure the consistent production of high quality, client focused proposals

    • Analyze request for proposal (RFP) requirements in the development of clear and focused response strategies

    • Assist in proposal development initiatives; lead proposal meetings (kick-off, daily/weekly), assign proposal responsibilities and milestones to include technical, graphics/marketing and writing plans

    • Develop proposal content and graphics, as required

    • Develop proposal timelines; communicate and maintain proposal deliverable deadlines

    • Develop and follow comprehensive proposal management plan

    • Conduct market research and gather opportunity information from multiple sources

    • Collect and summarize opportunity information; publish opportunities to be shared to interested stakeholders

    • Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.

    • On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.

    • Manage and maintain database of project qualifications, proposals and team member resumes

    • Manage multiple projects ensuring strict adherence to deadlines

    • Ensure high quality preparation and production of materials

      Interact with key stakeholders and business groups, as required, to coordinate and develop proposal content

      Write proposal narratives and executive summaries; ensure brand and messaging is consistent and compelling



    • Completion of a post-secondary education in Communications, English, Creative Writing, Journalism or another related field

    • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in strategic writing, including business or proposal writing

    • Experience in conducting market research and searches for project opportunities

    • Experience in a professional services industry is considered an asset

    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is an asset

    • Working knowledge of proposal management software programs is an asset

    • Is a solid team player with demonstrated skills in creative and business writing and editing

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines

    • Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
