    Join the momentum. We are currently seeking an Tax Admin/Records Management Clerk to join our growing Administration team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Strategically supporting the firm, our Administration team anticipates the needs of our team members and Partners. We effectively communicate information for service lines, industry and specialty groups, and operations at all levels throughout the firm. Our administrators support initiatives and ensure efficiency, allowing MNP to better serve our clients and people.



    Performance Expectations

    Tax Admin (January – June)

    • Team with the Senior Tax Admin to provide efficient client service to the Tax Team
    • Provide general administrative office support tasks for the Tax Team ensuring timely adherence to deadlines
    • Manage CRA log – coordinate/track correspondence to Canada Revenue Agency
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Photocopy and scan documents as required
    • Uphold electronic and paper filing systems
    • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, catering requirements and room set-up
    • Coordinate Tax Team’s travel arrangements, as required
    • Prepare expense claims for the Tax Team
    • Receive incoming calls and emails
    • Review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
    • Assist Tax team members as requested and as required

    Records Management/Reception (July – December)

    • Assist with managing the offsite records destruction procedures according to records retention policy
    • Organize, maintain and create client files
    • Assist with manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
    • Perform inter-office mail deliveries
    • Perform general office duties such as photocopying and scanning, as required
    • Process incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail in a timely and cost-effective manner
    • Ensure timely adherence to deadlines
    • Provide reception relief (answer and direct incoming calls, coordinate courier deliveries)
    • Reception relief support:
    • Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls
    • Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner
    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier packages
    • Coordinate visitors’ parking validations
    • Coordinate building maintenance requests
    • Process client credit card payments
    • Reserve meeting rooms & maintain cleanliness of rooms
    • Provide polite and courteous customer service
    • Assist all team members as requested and as required


    • One (1) to three (3) years of office experience in a professional working environment
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Some travel may be required
