    Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Supervisor to join our growing Administration team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Strategically supporting the firm, our Administration team anticipates the needs of our team members and Partners. We effectively communicate information for service lines, industry and specialty groups, and operations at all levels throughout the firm. Our administrators support initiatives and ensure efficiency, allowing MNP to better serve our clients and people.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Performance Expectations

    • Support the Office Administrator (OA) with various administrative responsibilities
    • Assist in the coordination of internal and external meetings, events, travel arrangements
    • Assist in the coordination office/work space requirements (office facility requirements)
    • Develop and maintain supplier/vendor relationships
    • Coach/supervise administrative team members
    • Oversee and manage busy season related administrative requirements/processes
    • Courteously receive and respond to incoming calls and emails
    • Greet, assist and direct internal/external clients in a professional manner
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Photocopy and scan documents as required
    • Uphold electronic and paper filing systems
    • Assist ROA as requested and required

    Credentials

    • Effectively communicate both orally and in writing
    • Completion of related post-secondary education in administration is an asset
    • Previous experience in a professional firm is an asset
    • Five (5) – (7) years of related administrative and supervisory experience
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
