    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Marketing Production Coordinator for our growing Marketing team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Positioning the firm for success, our Marketing team supports the growth, business-generating efforts and goals of MNP. We develop and deliver creative and strategic programs that translate the firm’s objectives into market-appropriate media, messages and methodologies. We build and protect our brand in new and existing markets, as well as create and sustain market advantage in all service line, industry and specialty groups.



    Performance Expectations

    • Using MNP software and systems, process all marketing requests
    • Triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution
    • Monitor jobs and status to ensure on time delivery
    • Managing workflow during project scope changes
    • Manage vendor relationships with all print suppliers
    • Facilitate the production of print collateral with external suppliers and ensure quality control at all levels
    • Assist the Creative Director and Senior Design Manager in cost research and price negotiations
    • Act as ambassador for Marketing Department in maintaining on-going communication with external suppliers
    • On-going reporting of printing analytics
    • Submit final artwork to suppliers
    • Manage vendor relationships with all promotional product suppliers
    • Work with external suppliers to develop and maintain a catalogue of promotional materials that can be accessed by the entire firm on a regular basis, adding and rotating items as needed
    • Maintain an executive promotional catalogue available only to the Board of Directors and Executive team
    • Source unique promotional options for individual campaigns and new initiatives with suppliers
    • Manage a library of all print and promotional product suppliers
    • Submitting documents for translation as necessary
    • Ensure firm brand standards are being followed by suppliers
    • Work on special projects and act as a marketing resource as necessary
    • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
    • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
    • Raise awareness of MNP at community events
    • Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your marketing knowledge


    • Completion of post-secondary education in Marketing or related field
    • Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of administration or project coordination experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
    • Experience with Workfront or other project management tools considered an asset
    • Familiar with digital and offset print production processes
