    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Campus Recruitment Manager to join our growing Human Capital team. This role will be located out of Toronto and support the Ontario and greater Eastern Canada team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada.     Performance Expectations

    • Act as the face and first point of contact for the Eastern Canada Campus Recruitment Program
    • Work with the Regional Human Capital (RHC) team develop annual campus recruitment strategy to attract top talent and advance campus recruitment goals
    • Become the trusted advisor and resource for the RHC team for all things campus
    • Develop and communicate campus recruitment best practices to the greater RHC team
    • Become a subject matter expert on the top accounting and business programs in the region and our competitor offerings
    • Connect with Firm HC and peers in other regions to drive a “One-Firm Approach”
    • Develop and execute the annual plan for talent attraction events for students & recent graduates to increase MNP’s campus presence at targeted schools
    • Manage logistics of talent attraction events including registration, communications, planning and engaging campus representatives
    • Create and lead a campus ambassador program at targeted schools to advance brand presence
    • Network and partner with Co-op Program and Student Employment representatives on behalf of MNP to further deepen and enrich campus relationships
    • Act as an ambassador for the Firm, providing detailed information on career opportunities, Firm values, culture, business and total rewards
    • Determine key sponsorship opportunities with targeted schools
    • Develop campus talent pipeline strategy to ensure we build and maintain a deep pool top talent
    • Lead the strategizing, organization and hosting of MNP’s annual pre-campus events – Head Start & Internal Referral Sessions – to pre-identify top talent
    • Proactively identify industry trends and market insights, providing analysis to inform program planning and annual strategy development
    • Create and lead annual campus social media strategy
    • Research and determine topical and trendy annual campus promotional materials
    • Develop and execute Campus Interviewer and Representative training to ensure an engaged and informed campus team and consistent experience of candidates
    • Manage logistics for on-campus interview process, including liaising with co-op and Employer representatives, and scheduling interviews
    • Coordinate and educate HC team on key campus deliverable dates
    • During prime campus season, provide regular communication and key performance metrics through weekly reporting on target fulfilment statistics, trends, achievements, and areas of focus to greater RHC team
    • Analyze current campus recruitment process to determine inefficiencies and implement improvements
    • Independently lead complex projects as assigned
    • Participate in Human Resources Associations as required to maintain professional standards
    • Attend relevant workshops, seminars and conferences and apply learning to the workplace
    • Some travel may be required


    • Completion of post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty or related academics
    • Three to five years of demonstrated campus recruitment program leadership experience
    • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in progress or completed
    • Experience working in a Professional Services environment considered an asset
    • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
    • Excellent written business communication, with very strong organizational skillset required
    • Ability to work at a fast pace to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
    • Skilled in MS Exel and report development
