    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Generalist, National Human Resources to join our growing Human Capital team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada.     Performance Expectations

    • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
    • Work in collaboration with Human Resources (HR) colleagues to implement HR initiatives
    • Research, develop, communicate and implement assigned strategy projects consistent with firm direction and culture in collaboration with leadership
    • Administer HR projects and initiatives with an emphasis on progressive HR, consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement
    • Coordinate the publication of best practices and related materials on internal website
    • Draft general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel workbooks and Word documents, ensuring deliverables align with brand standards
    • Produce and analyze regular and ad hoc reports
    • Confirm data integrity and accuracy of data held within applicable systems (HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, etc.)
    • Engage with a variety of stakeholders; elicit their concerns, opinions and recommendations
    • Attend internal and external courses and/or seminars to increase knowledge of Human Resources
    • Stay up-to-date on existing and forthcoming legislation to determine Human Resources impact on the organization
    • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s clients and services
    • Support a ‘One-Firm Approach’
    • Raise awareness of MNP at community events


    • Completion of post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty or related academics
    • Completion of, or working towards, Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation
    • Three (3) years of demonstrated HR experience preferred
    • Experience in a professional services industry is considered an asset
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
