    Join the momentum. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Content to join our National Marketing team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Positioning the firm for success, our Marketing team supports the growth, business-generating efforts and goals of MNP. We develop and deliver creative and strategic programs that translate the firm’s objectives into market-appropriate media, messages and methodologies. We build and protect our brand in new and existing markets, as well as create and sustain market advantage in all service line, industry and specialty groups.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Performance Expectations

    • Provide support to the Content Team Lead and Marketing Managers in the execution and implementation of the firm’s content marketing strategy
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and clients and services group to develop thought leadership including newsletters, articles, videos, blog posts, and social media content
    • Contribute new ideas and approaches to improve firm’s content marketing strategy
    • Work with internal teams as a resource to assist with the editing of their content for impact
    • Assist in the management of relationships with external content suppliers
    • Research, review, and compile data to analyze and inform content direction to meet content marketing objectives
    • Support the tracking of content marketing plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) as a part of return on investment (ROI) reporting
    • Assist in the delivery of internal communications to team members and alumni
    • Support and assist the marketing team and clients and services group with other marketing and communications activities as needed
    • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
    • Demonstrate regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness
    • Participate in formal, written annual performance reviews

    Credentials

    • Possess a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
    • Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of related experience, preferably in B2B, with a focus on producing compelling thought leadership and content marketing
    • Previous experience working on publications is considered an asset
    • Understanding of how to use and interpret KPIs for performance improvement
    • Strong project management, research, team building, and collaboration skills
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
