    Join the momentum. We are seeking a Manager for our growing Indigenous Consulting Services team. Our Consulting team works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to provide innovative strategies tailored to maximize efficiencies, enhance performance, and increase profitability. With more than 250 Indigenous clients and 300 team members dedicated to this sector within Canada, no other firm has invested as much time and resources into serving the unique needs of Indigenous communities.



    Performance Expectations

    • Responsible for the delivery of consulting services such as program evaluation, strategic planning, business planning, and business process improvement
    • Execute transactions through the provision of client services including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating engagements
    • Maintain high quality control by reviewing work done from other team members for accuracy and completeness; provide feedback to team members
    • Facilitate collaboration with client engagement teams prior to commencement of client work to discuss roles and responsibilities, risk areas, materiality, and deadlines
    • Network and take a leadership role in the local professional, business, and community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities
    • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry through experiential learning with clients
    • Promote MNP advisory services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
    • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems
    • Manage and monitor project plans, budgets, timelines, and status reporting
    • Perform needs assessments and lead the collection, development, research, and analysis of data
    • Leverage team appropriately to ensure proper documentation is prepared for the client and procedures relating to the file are followed accordingly
    • Develop, coach, and train team members towards professional and personal development
    • Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews
    • Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle, and high standard of team wellness
    • Execute financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews, program redesigns, and other forms of management consulting
    • Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement


    • Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics or another related field
    • Completion of a master’s degree in business, economics, mathematics or another related field is an asset
    • Completion of a Certified Management Consultant Certification is an asset
    • Professional or personal expertise in working with Indigenous communities is an asset
    • Four (4) to five (5) years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment
    • Experience working with issue identification and solution development, client communications, facilitation, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership
    • Experience in business and practice development
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft programs
    • Some travel will be required
