    Join the momentum at MNP, as we are seeking a Consultant for our growing Valuations team. Committed to delivering real value to organizations, MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Through our trusted Valuations team, our Chartered Business Valuators Certified Financial Analysts work with our extensive network of industry specialists to deliver independent, concise valuations assessments in a wide range of areas. These include, business valuations, intangible assets, financial reporting requirements, fairness opinions, and financial litigation support.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Performance Expectations

    • Contribute to the implementation, administration and ongoing evaluation and completion of various Valuation client engagements
    • Prepare and assist with drafting valuation and expert reports
    • Analyze critical financial data and create complex financial models
    • Create detailed financial models to demonstrate illustrative value of client companies
    • Analyze financial statements and all associated documentation
    • Conduct industry and economic specific research
    • Prepare client proposals

    Credentials

    • University degree coupled with the completion of a CPA designation, or equivalent
    • Progression towards completion of Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) program or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
    • Previous experience working within Valuations is an asset
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Limited travel may be required
