    Join the momentum. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing Insolvency team in Calgary. Committed to helping all stakeholders through financial challenges, MNP Limited is one of the largest insolvency practices in Canada. For more than 50 years, our experienced team of Government-Licensed Trustees and advisors have been working collaboratively with lenders and debtors at all levels to help protect their interests.


    Performance Expectations

    • Courteously receive and screen all incoming calls and emails
    • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence to deadlines
    • Process documents related to insolvency filings
    • Scheduling and follow-up with client appointments
    • Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner
    • Schedule appointments with clients
    • Open, close, organize and maintain insolvency files
    • Create, format, assemble and proofread drafts
    • Maintain all incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
    • Provide general admin support to consultants, managers and partners
    • Uphold electronic and paper filing systems
    • Scan and E-file documents
    • Prepare letters, as directed, using template letter formats
    • Respond to inquiries
    • Communicate and coordinate with the team regarding client service work and the flow of information
    • Provide support and guidance to other team members
    • Schedule team meetings


    • Experience working in a Professional Services environment
    • Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in an administrative or support position
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Experience in answering and directing customer phone calls through a phone system in a professional, courteous manner
