    Join the momentum. We are seeking an Administrator, Office Services for our growing Administrative team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. Strategically supporting the firm, our Administration team anticipates the needs of our team members and Partners. We effectively communicate information for service lines, industry and specialty groups, and operations at all levels throughout the firm. Our administrators support initiatives and ensure efficiency, allowing MNP to better serve our clients and people.



    Performance Expectations

    • Provide administrative support by processing, picking up and dropping off documents and maintaining databases and inventory
    • Organize, maintain, pull and re-sort files
    • Conduct electronic filing
    • Communicate with storage facility to destroy and deliver files and records
    • Maintain all incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
    • Sort incoming and outgoing mail
    • Perform general office duties such as typing, photocopying, faxing and printing reports
    • Respond to inquiries
    • Maintain inventory and oversee the distribution of the company's office supplies
    • Ensure the filing room is clean and organized at all times
    • Set up and clean up beverages and food for meetings, as required
    • Load and clear dishwashers and stock cupboards
    • Maintain overall cleanliness of kitchens and appliances
    • Occasional travel to and from local banks, post office or government offices
    • Assist at reception, when needed:
      • Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner
      • Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate individual


    • Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
    • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to lift and move up to 60lbs (or 27kg)
    • Ability to stand for an extended period of time and bend/reach, as necessary
    • Available for overtime
    • Bilingual (English and French)
