    Join the momentum. We are seeking an Analyst for our growing Indigenous Services team. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm for Indigenous Nations, businesses and entrepreneurs in Canada. With more than 250 Indigenous clients and 300 team members dedicated to this sector, no other firm has invested as much time and resources into serving the unique needs of Indigenous communities.



    Performance Expectations

    • Assist our indigenous clients in achieving their strategic objectives in a diverse range of areas including:
      • Economic Development
      • Governance
      • Health and Human Services
      • Education
      • Infrastructure
      • Financial Management
      • Human Resources & IT
    • Source insightful research, efficiently process, organize and summarize information from a variety of sources to produce insights and findings for the team and clients.
    • Effectively utilizing community engagement notes, survey results and other information sources to form the foundation for the strategy, tactics and recommendations we provide to our clients.
    • Work directly with our clients and their stakeholders to plan and deliver strategy workshops, planning meetings, community presentations, and presentations to investors, funders and regulators.
    • Support the design and writing of professional deliverables including proposals, strategic plans, business plans, presentations to officials, investors, funders and other stakeholders.
    • Design, prepare and deliver presentations to our clients and their stakeholders.
    • Work with the team to ensure that our recommendations and deliverables reflect our client’s priorities, values and culture so that they are uniquely tailored to our client’s needs.


    • Undergraduate degree in a related field including: indigenous studies, business, public policy, economics, sociology, etc.
    • Working knowledge of Indigenous Nations (through education or employment) including relevant legislation, treaties/agreements, government policies/programs, culture and language are considered strong assets
    • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated strong business writing skills
    • Demonstrated ability and interest in working on multiple projects across diverse industries
    • A valid driver licence is required
    • Ability to travel overnight on a regional/national basis
